if i level up magatama after level up charm, it will affect anything ? or it doesnt matter example my magatama is 8 i put like 9 i got better bonus from charm or my magatama is 8 i go and level charm and before that i go and put magatama 9 and the bonus is worst

the main reason some br players is playing NA its because br updates situation its tooo * slow, and the most salty thing its br release was about 3 months before NA

i will get kisame any way, i just think about kakuzu i dont want to buy and throw it away, i got alot ninjas already just waiting the next new, but kakuzu as support for akatsuki it isnt good ? i mean main comp on my server is all turn 1 characters like itachi masked man fire main and minato hokage...and i think to make kisame kakuzu and edo deidara to counter
