Well I mean, if someone is trying to run GWN Tenten, Mabui, Mei and water main, and lets say you don't have Mei. The best replacement for her that i've found is Ginkaku, yes the 2 star. Him and Mei have the same chase, Knockdown into low float. Another good replacement would be Ao or Darui.
