if you have shisui you would be a fool not to get anbu itachi and replace sasuke with him. also replace Karin with Kurenai and skillbreak her as fast as you can

the objective problem with the tier list is that you're more preoccupied of posting "le funny smug anime reaction images" and trying to be snarky than you are with actually writing something that explains how and why the meta makes or more importantly makes some characters not work. Like no, write that bit about Edo Hashirama instead of smugly declaring that you don't need to explain anything, the point of a tier list is to be informative. Instead of just using reaction images in empty tier brackets how about you explain why the water camp is lacking and maybe even write a bit about how that could or should change in the future. Now the subjective complaint : Also really, guy? KCM is the better SR in GNW treasure? You can build way more teams with Madara than you can with KCM, and I think that the tier list should also take in to account how versatile a unit is when it comes to building functional teams around them is. Like I had Angel Konan since April but for a long time she had to sit in the roster and gather dust because she was still much less versatile for teambuilding than ol' reliable pos1 Shisui was

as someone who owns both I'd suggest you get Shisui because the dirty secret about Angel Konan is that she's only good if you have several other expensive akatsuki units while Shisui is very versatile
