It is not an event and you already got your rewards from it. Ninjas changed and got better in it the same way an event like fuku has been changing. Some people spent thousands of coupons for ninjas that got obsolete and that were then given for free, that's how it is, a new player that starts now will have a better fuku than someone who started 3 years ago. If your account is only 2-3 weeks old, just go start a new game on another server to get 4* Choji and 3* Madara, it's really no big deal.

Dude, if your account is "old" and you still don't have him, you deserve to lose. You guys just found something new to complain against even though it won't change ANYTHING for you. Either your account is like a few weeks old and you might as well start a new one if you want a free 4* Choji + 3* Madara, or your account is a few months old and you should already have etr or not be far from it (if you don't have him, you should have enough power not to be bothered by new players having a little 3* Madara). And once again, if you're f2p and you want something in particular, just SAVE your coupons.
