As stated before, 2 or 3 star Haku isn't that great for PvP battles, because of the non-automatic barrier. Now, if you had Edo Haku, who has an auto barrier, this lineup would be exponentially better. As it is now, Mei would be a better option for the above team. :(

That's a bit difficult to say: HK servers will have an appropriate time zone for events, but may not be completely english, while the LA and NY servers are typically 100% english, but the timing of events are off. As for which level of server to choose, there's a debate there too. Older servers have more activity, but you're farther behind, whereas newer servers are nice to competitive sake, but may not last as long, due to less overall population. It's really a case of choosing what you want to put up with. Good luck! :)

Cannot speak for s1-9, and 11-17, but s10 has 4 active groups for GNW and 7-9 per field in Sage. Cross-Sage was coming, whether the players wanted it or not is irrelevant. It actually should have arrived in April, after the poll ended, but they were nice and gave us a delay on it.

[Lineup] Who is the best "Low Floater"?

If Naruto has a clone that exists on the field when it is his turn to perform a standard attack, he will attack using the clone, which guarantees a low float. However, if Naruto has no clones on the field when he is able to perform a standard attack, he will summon a clone based on the current chakra amount you currently have.To answer the original question, Kankuro would be the best option, out of the 3 provided because of the extra debuffs he can bring. If possible, GNW Kankuro would be a better option than Kankuro. In my experience, Iruka meshs well with the Team 7 setup in order to provide shields, buffs and interrupts to improve synergy, but he's a limited option for those who haven't progressed to Fragment Refining. The question that each and every mod or dev is going to ask when you report someone is the proof. How can you prove that someone is using a macro or a program to automatically plunder SS convoys if all you have is him plundering SS missions. It's one thing to catch him/her talking about using it, it's another to cir*stantially accuse someone of cheating when you aren't 100% certain that they are using a macro or a program.Devil's advocate here, not supporting anyone who is cheating or making the game unfair to play! :victory:

Assuming he meant after you finish Ult. Train., since you cannot farm any rainbow magas after finishing (no reset).As of right now, it's an event-only thing, until some time passes, then it probably will be released into the shop to be purchased with coupons/ingots along with regular stat magas.

In the original translation of Wind Main's 4th passives, it was supposed to apply a "Sage Mode" designation to the character and any Wind Main clones on the field at the time of the passive's activation. However, they removed it when they released the NA 2.0 update. :)
