I think that, when someone just asks about a "good team", or the "best team", taking power into account is not the way to go. We're just talking about the team in itself. Let's say we're in Arena mode (where even though Initiative is REALLY important, it often just comes down to the match-up), 10T Obito + GNW Orochimaru (+ Indra probably) is possibly the best thing we can have right now as Kiriya said. In modes like Sage Battlefields, where power is really important, teams with Kimimaro Halloween or Kisame shark are great.
