it's not a bug, they just didn't open Cross Server events for your server yet, i'm from S1416 and we still haven't unlocked them and my server has been open since December... 80+ days now. No Sage, No Matsuri, No Training Grounds, No Space Time.

Try upgrading your Ninja Assist stuff, unlocking more flags helps a lot and spread your potions among all of them, the stats boosts from each one counts. Also save ur stuff for rebates (esp key rebate u need 1050 keys) Good luck.

Oh that things really old, not sure why they don't just unlock the sign in at the same time with the daily events.Every time I start on a new server I just don't collect it till I unlock the daily practice stuff.
