Found the issue. Naruto Online mini client is trying to run malware. I checked the logs. There was multiple HTTPS attempt request to malicious sites, which I verified and indeed were flagged. I was able to clean (by deleting) both cache and cookies folder located under: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Brotsoft\Player\en\NarutoOnline\temp After that, I relaunched the game and got in. Oasis, please due something, it is not the first time that I am able to catch the mini client trying to load malicious code. Thank you.

Unable to login to the game. Me and several others are having the same issue. Issue happens on both mini client and browser. Loading failure.

Name of offender: Death the Kid (alt account for Chezzburger) Server ID: S622 Short description of the situation: the player Chezzburger has created a toxic environment in our server. He has been a non-stop bully to other players in the server. He had also managed to get an account permanently banned due false claims. He is unable to admit that other players are stronger that him, and he tries to resolve his issues by constant reporting. In order to avoid getting banned, he is using one of his many alt accounts, in this case Death the Kid, to insult and flame a player from my group and chat in general. I have played this game for 2 years now, and not until now I have lost my cool. I no longer enjoy playing the game and I speak for others in my group. Chezzburger’s group is toxic and disrespectful and if no action is taken, I will like for my account to be refunded. The server is now filled with angry players, most without fault and all because of Chezzburger. I managed to screenshot part of the world chat, however, if you check logs, there is an entire discussion happening before. Like I said, I want action to be taken, and not to the alt account because that is what he wants in order to salvage his main account. Thank you.
