I did read from the beginning. But all i see was people whining without solid reasons....then they strayed from the topic. Tho i do see a few facts.1. Adding NO to the survey will make surveys lean towards the newer players.Newer servers will always be the majority since players from the early servers quit one way or another.Therefore adding NO option makes no sense whatsoever. That is why the mods set a target to achieve(1000 in this case). However from the result it seems that their expectation was too low. Maybe they could increase it for the next poll.2. The only decent reason I see is not wanting the merge to be unfair. However at the same time it makes no sense. It is obvious that older servers will have an advantage. Saying newer server has advantage is simply absurd and unheard of. That's what the compensation is for to the newer servers when they merge.It may not level the playing ground, but it is the only way to have more players playing in the same server.3. OAS is constantly losing players from the old servers that reached the level cap months ago. Level/contents are major part of the reason. I'm surprised they did not increase it earlier tbh. There is also these 'server hopping' players to take into account. Seeing that they could not compete in the current server, they chose to try in a new server for head start. This is very normal for games like this.Do let me know if I'm making incorrect statements. I'm trying to look at this from a neutral angle.

Sooo... why don't people wanna get a cap increase? I'm really struggling to understand the logic.Is it because people cant catch up to the top players they want the game to restrict their development/progress for them?Appreciate a simple, straight to the point answer. I'm really curious of the reasoning.
