Naruto's Froggy event is as intended, but it could be explained better. The day you make the investment, you only get the immediate coupons to claim. For the next 6 days, you don't get the coupons, you get the daily claim of the 3 items shown. As for the summer memories event, there's been a number of posts about the issue. Not 100% sure on details, but it has to do with logging in before it resets at 5am
