Thank you for the reply! I hope what you responded with is the problem and it gets corrected. I originally sent a form in saying it was bugged, but they adamantly said that it wasn't which is why I didn't post this in the bug topic section. I hope this gets looked at further. I know kabuto sage isn't meta breaking...but I ended up pulling him and find his skillset unique and just hope for him to function properly.
