[Player Guide] Talents in Naruto Online 3.0 and Other

Is it rly the talents of the wind main now bc I havent played the EN version for a while and it seems a bit weird for me tho. Like I'm not bashing you or anything bc I havent played the en version for such a long time so I cant have as many touches to the game as you do. But it is just that it seems weird and it has never occured to be like that even in china that has the talents you were saying. Again, I'm sorry if it actually is true but it is just kinda odd for me, that's all. Although, should it be like the 3.0 talents in the chinese version, it is: Flower guard gives 40% shields ( was 80% shields but there are way too many OP female chars and ofc, they synergize extremely well with this passive- that's why in china wind main is a very big meta as well- so they nerfed the passive) to the wind main herself and one random female ninja., also grants the debuff immunity for 2 rounds. Wind dance boosts all ninjas's nin and res that are in the same row as wind main *y jutsu, can blind 3 male ninjas Giant Rasengan, no comment bc you got that right There are also many more changes for the 4th row talents as well tho.

Lol even china hasn't hit the 4.0 yet. They are at the end of 3.0 to be more likely. This 3.0 of the english version is still a very raw-ish 3.0. Only touches the surface of 3.0. But yeah, the en version may get the new look when it hits the very end of 3.0

Probably they were just lying mate. It's a very typical act tho. I have seen a ton of them as well, they always lessen the exact amount of pulls. For super rares, it doesn't matter if this is a chinese version or en version or a german version, it has always been around 800-1200 pulls for you to get super rares.
