If you guys are talking about BEST PURE TANK, I refer Hinata (The original) cause she had the passive STRONG WILL and useful tanky Mystery. Or Naruto 3 star with Standard attack breakthrough is better cause of clones. But Hinata GNW is the best SURVIVAL+CONTROL+DAMAGE PER SEC for me. Naruto 3 Star (with breakthrough) is good too because his passive STRONG WILL and every round he generates 1-2 shadow clone. It is useful because instead attacking you hero they attack the clone. It useful too if the * enemy uses single mystery to the clone hahahahah. or HIRUZEN SARUTOBI EDO TENSEI had extreme ninjutsu damage+shield and have the passive of STRONG WILL.
