yes support is worst on any game i played. i think in your case youll get compensated cause they want you to keep spending. for the free players theres no chance of compensation even when providing video evidence theyll make an excuse. not good ones either.

then make it happen think it makes sense. i accidentally bought medium instead of advanced threads forgetting i upgraded armor, my mistake 100 percent. i used up 12000 moon scrolls (thread value 800 coupons) and if i sell think its about 1200 coins which is really nothing. start showing that appreciation you talk about and listen to players when it make sense.
