[PVP] Arena is broken, but I have proof that it's broken

Do you think that if I were to ask anyone their initiative they would actually know it of the top of their head? They barely told me their level, asking for their initiative would simply be a waste of time. Yeah, level matters because of time difference, my server doesn't even have a lvl 90, the max power is a lvl 86.And on your side note, bravo to her, you put it in such a way that it seems like your are bragging but regardless, that's not the point. She is one of the fewer people who have that power at level 72. I am talking about the general crowd. I can GUARANTEE you that those 80 lvl and above have higher power than me, power which also translates in refines. And also, if those level 80s+ were underpowered, they would not even be in Jonin+ ranks. If arena was actually balanced around power or anything in that matter, I would get matched with mid-high 70s and low 80s, but I am getting matched with mid 80s, so to me, the point that the arena is broken still stands. And it's not even balanced by ranks, because even if I am on -10, I barely get matched with Jonin ranks or lower, I keep getting matched with Kage and Super Kages, so still, my point still applies.

From my experience, winning and losing initiative wars it's fine, if I'm losing against someone who is a level or two higher than me. Problem is, whenever I am in the arena and I ask someone what level they are(when they have higher initiative than me) I got responses like: 90,87,84,83 when I was bellow level 80. I will always lose an initiative war against them, they get initiative though leveling alone, let alone how old their server is and how much time they had to get those refines. If me, a jonin who's 77 right now gets matched with another jonin who is level 90 I will lose only because they had more initiative than me. If I get matched with a kage or super kage I am just wasting my time, I will lose in 99% of the cases. I don't get angry for losing an initiative war, I get angry because I lose a war which I didn't have a chance to win in the first place.

Did that, still runs choppy and not smooth at all. Made Flash Player use how much storage it desires which didn't change a thing about how it runs. I can totally record my screen and so you see what is wrong. Reinstalled both Flash Players, for the Chrome and for the Firefox and they run the same, the Waterfox runs the worse out of them all though. I'm really stuck on what I could do.

I am sure Tendo's jutsu can't be interrupted. He is immune to interruptions, seen it in a video, but I don't know if chaos or immobile apply to that. I am pretty split 50/50 on the decision, because I don't feel like Jinjuriki will come in the near future, and I don't even know when that system from China is going to be implemented, if it will ever be implemented
