well for me i did around 483 pulls and i only gotten 77 frags and last 4 frags of it stuck at it for 1 day today is last day and still didnot get it omg this is just not my lucky day i have spend more than 3.5k cp and still not able to recruit her out i ask why ppl spend less and got above 80 frags that seems to be unfair got 32 maskedman and 16 shisui and 43 sealscrolls adn 7k BP increase fromt his event. I even spend 500 cp on kisame wheel and didnot get it.
