In fact the main reason are not the mods but the devs. The only things the mods do is talk and keep an eye on the players(I am not taking their part. They are guilty of not carrying about the community as much as the devs). In reality the ones who call the shots are the devs. The english version of the game we play on it's in reality a different game. Oasis pays fees to the cn owners of the game to use their resources for the game and are not bound to the cn version whatsoever. So blame the devs not only the mesagers.
