The typically one is Sasuke Guy kakashi. Having Sasuke in the first position and make it so kakashi clone is in the front row so you can trigger lighting armor and barrier turn one. Just auto after you set barrier then guy and kakashi round two. Up to you to use the barrier after everyone attacks turn 3. Not a huge difference in damage without using it.

Hidan and Tobi work surprisingly well with Mei and water so you get ignite and posion while the barrier is up.

Not at all he is only missing the shield since his passive barrier buffs him. Over all not a bad lineup but Onoki will be a target for sure

Your main post referred to using Naruto and Iruka together. That gives you shield and first round interrupts. Plus you wanted a fire line up first which is what my first comment was about and wind can buff all but 1 person regardless of type as long as you position them on the same row.

Onoki would be a good choice with the other two. As far as chasing low float use your main to fill that role with summons. One combo that comes to mind is using dog of hell and the high float chase for main. Play added bonus of all but onoki getting shield plus everyone is buffed too

Uh your math is broken there 300 pulls is 300 scrolls. Itachi frags typically show up ever 60 or so pulls so your looking in the 2-3k pull range to get him and that's getting 2 frags each time
