Difficult.Hashirama is the most well rounded for any team that can benefit from his kit.Tsunade is the strongest in general with her passives working.Hiruzen is the most reliable if your intent is to annoy people and kill someone on death.Tobirama and Minato's kits were put together by someone who was drunk.

Yeah that's pretty much the old money meta.Shields, interrupt chases, prompt interrupt to protect barrier cast, strong turn 2 nukeBut the new ninjas basically shut it down by acupuncturing Sage Naruto or killing him. Without naruto alive the team crumbles. The biggest problem with Senju is his barrier - if it doesn't get interrupted you also have to watch out for the enemy casting a diff barrier. Being a non-prompt cast it can be very frustrating.
