There is no need for planning anything here! You just need to increase the drop rate in events for Ninja (in events like Lucky Stars Wheel), Treasured Tools Ultimate Essence, higher Magatama levels and especially now after this mess... Rune Stone level 4 & 5. I've been here since the beginning, and in 3 years of gameplay I can assure anyone I never dropped a Special Ninja for free. Always collectable or after certain spending. So why you call evens "Lucky Wheel" where there's no luck in there? Or just because you can get the ninja between a certain amount of spending? Due the yesterday problem I lost the opportunity to do my last fight in Matsuri because I tried to change my Main Character. The compensation for me, seems to be unsuitable ... I hope Oasis will revalue the compensation not only for 9Tail event.
