Format of report : Harassment/Bullying Name of offender : WeemeetSoon/KD/SohikoMotoki/ITachi (main name, name change, and alts). Server ID : S598 Reserve Seal Release | NY Short description of the situation : Constantly messaging insults and threats and blocking so the people affected cannot block him. We have mostly have him blacklisted but we can't do anything when he makes alts and constantly sends us messages. I'm annoyed. My group is annoyed. I spend so much time and money on this game and I want to enjoy it.
