About the rigged event I'll point out just to one, Itachi wheel then minato wheel right afterwards... tell me that wasnt shady business right in the open, tell me who got minato unless they had to pay a lot of money, even if the odds were low, with so many ppl doing spins someone should have get minato easily than others but that didnt happened...
