The coupons are a one time claim only. You do not get daily claims for coupons. If you "deposit" ingots (which in this case is investing ingots), you can claim the coupons once right after you deposit your ingots. After day 1, you can only claim the daily reward which are the random rune stone packs, seal scroll fragments, and charm material fragments.

The fortune coins obtain from the Konoha's Great Tree is a random drop by spending dew points. If you bless your tree to a higher level (for example level 6 or 7), the chance and amount of fortune coins that drops increases. Also by spending dew drops to level your tree you get points which you can redeem some fortune coins in the "points reward" tab in the Great Tree (points 100, 250, and 350 have fortune coins). However, this will require you to spend a lot of coupons/ingots.

There is a daily limit of a total of 9 dew drops. If you put your mouse over the dew drop icon in the Konoha's Great Tree event it will tell you the daily limit and where to obtain it. Apparently, there are 4 ways to obtain dew drops: 1) Passing checkpoints in Survival Trial (daily limit is 2 dew drops) 2) Participate in the Arena- (daily limit is 2 dew drops) It doesn't matter if you win or lose the fight in the arena, you only need to enter arena twice to get the 2 dew drops. 3) Participate in Team Instance (daily limit is 2 dew drops) You only need to do team instance twice for the 2 dew drops. 4) Purchase the three daily packs with ingots (daily limit is 3 dew drops) (It is one dew drop per daily pack) I hope this helps.
