Drop chance is low, i got Naruto 6paths last time he was in the wheel with Madara and from the wheel i only got 10 frags from 20-21k coupons used.

This was a while ago and from what i can remember i had 930 draws , i spent @ 8k coupons , because it seemed a good event to spend to get seals from and other stuff , i was gathering the coupons for events like these. I got Guy 95/100 to 4 stars , Kakashi was 70/80 fragments ( i must say that was unlucky from all those draws not to be able to recruit him ). Tons of mood scrolls and purifications prot runes , seals were @ 60 or something . So overall this event was great to spend on . Im keeping coupons again for events like this one, its even better than Ninja Lucky Board.
