[Help] Great ninja war packs

If you don’t want problems you must send 1 or more messages explaining how the packs are distributed. As maachorn said, you need to define strict rules so that you minimize your personal bias. In my opinion activity is a terrible criteria as is how much someone helps in the group. You can’t be objective in this criteria unless you are logged in and paying attention 10hrs+ every day. Same for gnw participations, some players may log in just for gnw and some may log in at different times than you or simply can’t be here for both gnw due to teal life stuff. I distribute packs mainly on rotation among eligible players. Eligible players need to participate at least one in gnw and donate a minimum set amount on that week which depends on their level. Then since we are many (14-20 players who fulfill the criteria) I dont give more than 1 legendary or hero pack a month to a player. There is no best way to distribute packs, whatever you decide just make sure you kee to your rules and tel your group members what they are exactly

Excellent work ice. This conclusively proves that damage reduction has an effect on damage received. It is also consistent with prior tests which estimated that damage reduction worked and was equivalent to roughly 1/3 of defense and resistance. As it stands nin/tai pen DOES NOT WORK IN OUT VERSION , so damage reduction won’t be affected by it (the deviousness thread demonstrates this so it’s now factual). Maybe in 5.0 nin/tai pen will be corrected but as of now those stats can be forgotten.

Recharging any amount equals spending money. You cannot get ingots back into $$ so hiruzen costs 600 this week, it is not free. You want to lay that much for a ninja then knock yourself out, but saying that he is free is a dellusion. Yes you can convert those 30k ingots into other stuff, but would you have gotten so many ingots any other week? If the answer in no then you are spending those 600$ for Hiruzen.

That Is only true if the top 3 have already maxed the refines which they have not (except your screen name is Samuel xp) . Why give for free what people need most? Better give them something useful but which they don’t need ASAP. As for fighting to be top 3, you want spenders to push each other to spend more, this will cause a spending spree. A f2p being in the top 3 won’t provoke this even if it may prompt spenders to spend a bit once to overcome him/her. Again though, this discussion is purely theoretical since Oasis won’t change anything anyways.

As a spender if I want to spend 200$ this month I will spend them on a good event. Like this one. Incidentally if I find another excellent event after spending 200 I might spend a bit more too.Notably if I mes hesitating on spending this will convince me to do so. If I get more for my money I will be happy and maybe spend a bit more because I will find it to be worth it. If I get more for my money I will be tempted to spend more, not the opposite! Why do you think people spend the most during Black Friday in the US or during seasonal promotions in Europe?
