[PVP] Why Oasis even bother with Server Merges???

What about GNW? My server's GNW has no competition at all and only 3 groups participate. 2 of the groups barely have 10 people online during GNW. Sure GNW will later be cross server, but it will take a long time before it is actually implemented. I also think when cross server GNW happens, you can still participate in your own server's GNW (don't quote me on this). Server merges are still important since many server's GNW is dead.
