Strategy and cleverness are not important in arena, or rather, they amount for the absolute lowest % of what matters in it. That can break a tie between two reasonably close teams which is an extremely low % of all encounters. Making reasonable changes to pvp would take less than an hour to start by giving lower power score players protection from higher score ones (not 100% of the time but simply tiered. In the first 60 seconds you can not be matched with a score different by over 10%, then you can go to 20% before 90, and finally you can match free for all). I would also suggest and speculate the reason such an idea does not have more momentum is that the other players who want it we run off long ago because they got fed up with being beaten up at literally every turn trying to get them to spend more money. Over a million people tried the game to some extent, we certainly don't have that many playing now.

Thanks for the help, after a few more tries in ninja exam I decided against renewing anyways. It doesn't feel worth it at this time, I'd like to see actual new content in the game instead of more pvp.

Save stuff, use it for rebates. (refine, charm, scrolls, keys, etc). Early free to play sasuke combos well, Lee skill breaks well. Save up 30k coupons slowly until you can buy an upper tier ninja with it.

Freshly passed at 170k, some RNG but safe enough to recommend it: x - 6p Earth Main - Pain Tendo - shiba x - WB asuma Asuma skill breaks, 2s are good, but do courage Y+1. Earth main skills: 4 3 4 2 4 (you aren't keeping1 so it's pointless) summon: Gamaken. Shiba Mystery. The more damage Tendo does round 1 the better and he kills gaara's barrier, shiba will soak up the r1 combos. Every other round should be about 6p blasts hitting and take you to victory. even better if you get a second shot from Tendo which I didn't.

That fire main lineup worked for me. Hinata open, fire main shield (after shika zaps her), Iruka stops sasuke. I didn't get a reset on Shisui's mystery so it should even be doable at a lower power then I got it. (mei assist isn't helping, I just didn't have one that would help).
