actually I started playing this game on Facebook so I didn't create a oasis account but it's bind with my Facebook account what more do I need to say hope u get me not asking to exclude me but it happened without a prior notice I'm not a social media kinda person if I'm online from Facebook that means I'm playing naruto starting over again isn't gonna work I've put a lot of effort and time time which passes doesn't come back I'm not Flash to run back in time to fix this the developer's have all the info about our account they can surely help u guys keep up the nanny work good and now the problem is on my end so I've to bear it
