You don't. There's a coupon calculator out there for the game and you can see how long it will take to get coupons. Myself as a current f2p, I can get 20k coupons every 3-4 months.

Dude, that's not the OP's question. It mainly depends on the rewards you want and if you can stomach sitting around clicking on at a time instead of having a faster auto. I personally like shinobi feast more because they have the items I want.

You mean manual non prompt barriers? You can. I mostly just have those be p4 so that they normally go last because if I try to drop the initiative, I'd probably forget to switch to normal if I was running a different team.

How long will it take? To make up that much power would depend on your level of commitment. If you play as a dedicated player it wouldn't be that hard for a f2p to gain 100k power for every year of play. By dedicated I mean getting moon and sun coin weekly cap every week and doing SWB as much as possible for advanced refines. Spend moon coins on 1050 cave keys and then use the rest on myoboku items, training potions, and bond ninja assist features. Sun coins on advanced refines, then bond scrolls, then epic refines (or charms packs if those are needed, but only for crit, int, and injury level 9). A meta lineup to go for, well edo Minato is probably your best bet, you even have some of the ninjas for his bond barrier (the other edo Hokages). Gaara kazekage breakthrough is also someone you want, farm his fragments through his elite instance.

Looking at that list, you don't have anyone "meta." You can still make some strong teams, but considering your power gap as well as working on your ninjas, well, unless you recharge its going to be about 4 months to get a "meta" lineup. Problem you have is that most meta ninjas are skill trial ninjas and you need 4 stars for that, which you don't even have those ninjas recruited. So best you can do is kushina, since you have her recruited, get her to 4 stars for about 16k.
