And I just pulled my first 10 out of Kage Treasure and pulled Mei, and then 2 10 pulls later I got Chojuro. Either insane RNG luck. Or this * is just wack.

You see that's just *. The Mods all say that none are set at a certain pull. Yet if you have to spend 400 plus just so you can unlock the ability to hopefully pull then that's just like a set pull. Even though it's not exactly set. It's still in my opinion a set pull. Which means it's not all RNG like they claim it to be.

Yet if it's all RNG then there shouldn't be a fix rate on super rares. But I guess there also isn't since he pulled Sasuke Susanoo at 600.
