Hey It's due to the Assist links being bugged in an earlier patched. When it was fixed, the Assist links that weren't meant to be activated were reversed to being locked. Once the official release of those Assist links rolls in, you'll be able to use her again. Hopefully, that helps!

Hey Seems you're having a consistent connection issue. I'll suggest clearing your DNS and rerouting it to Google's standard domain. However if you're still having issues after that, a VPN would be needed to maintain a connection (Could be your ISP preventing consistent connection to a foreign server) Try it out and let me know.
