Looking at the recent Fukus I'm not sure if it holds up. You get a lot less from Fukus than it used to be. They seem to be having some "diminishing rewards" algorythm, so the longer you save, the less stuff you get. Basically inflation.

Just have Naruto 6P with full Breakthrough. That's it. You might put some support team arround him, but honestly, it doesn't matter. If you have Naruto 6P BT, you will beat those who don't have him at least 60% of the time. He's one Ninja meta.
