Are mood scrolls ever coming back? We were promised they would return soon, but that was like late March! We are in July now and there has been nothing said about them returning. Surely it isn't that hard to put them back, so now I am wondering were we lied to? Can a mod update us on the matter? [Help] Question about 200 Activity Rate (GNW)

i'm fairly sure GNW activity is a rolling sum of the previous three days, calculated at 5:00 AM on the current day. E.g., Monday will be calculated from activity for the previous Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Therefore, the last date to boost GNW activity is tuesday, because wednesday at 5:00AM the rankings will update for the previous three days and now you can register until Wednesday.
