I have to agree with the point that this game is fairly complex... but not to the point where it makes it impossible to defeat most ninjas. I ignore tobi more often then not (fire main) and don't have too many issues usually. However with the right team comp, any ninja will cause hell. My least liked combo right now, is ino-shikamaru with fire main and i don't recall the other member. All I know is chaos chasing is a much bigger pain. But, I won't ask to nerf a ninja (yet) because i'm sure there is a way around it. I'm sure you'll figure out the best way to defeat your least liked ninja as well long before a nerf is needed! :D
