While I agree, I do not think we are talking about devs here. Oasis, or whoever is responsible for western markets for this game now, is only kind of publisher. Devs are somewhere in China. And while I do blame devs for breaking this game with bs characters and their BT that pretty much play on autopilot (ironic that game on IP about friendship and teamwork is now all about one man armies winning by themselves), Oasis (or whoever) is responsible for:- paywalling those characters- changing BT requirements to 4*

That's why I always disagree with "this game was always pay to win, don't complain" argument. While it certainly was pay to win, it wasn't nearly as bad. There were no one man army characters protected against almost everything, with powerful cheap mysteries and no bf cooldown. Read BT skills for Habanero Kushina, compare to even non BT Pain and laugh knowing Kushina was considered broken some years ago :) Also, 99% of coupons events were nerfed to the ground and provide same and same and same useless characters month after month. Hell, Great Plates are best coupon events now and it is hit or miss. One month you get Tailed Beast Chakra Han, other you get Halloween Hidan Almost every character that is still whales meta is paywalled hard (I say almost cause Rage Obito BT turned out to be so good that even whales are using him). I only wait for Blank Period/The Last/Sasuke Shinden Hinata (there is a possible hint she will come in 2025) and then I am out of here.

Ok, so pretty much that chase can't be increased anyway cause only Mecha Naruto can do that with his level 3 immunity, but he himself has no skill that increases his chase attempts.
