Have you tried the lineup used available in YouTube? If not, just type "ninja exam (number of exam)" there and you'll see multiple results. That's what I used and it worked(somewhat) well. My BP is 150k by the time I tried finishing the exam in case you need a reference.

I know the software he uses is from gamebot(dot)me unfortunately that conversation is lost. As to other evidence, tell me what evidence you need? afik the only way to detect bot software is for you guys to look at the accounts yourself. The only evidence I can give from my end are the odd behaviours of the characters. In case of plundering they have impossible reaction time (before the character even show up on screen and they don't even know the exact time the player gets out) After plundering, they log out then log in again then proceeds to convoy. The account has a Jonin medal so probably you'll turn over to his favor and tbh, I lost all confidence in your support team anyway. Prove me wrong if you even care.
