let's take into consideration that the average player now has around 250k-ish power, more or less. the average f2p has probably reached around 200k bp, and there are still many players below that milestone. now take every casher that spends more than 1k dollars on this game per month, who will probably have access to these lvl 13 refines in a fairly brief period of time compared to the price of these refines. their power right now is at least 500k. can you imagine the gap between the low spenders/f2p and whales/heavy spenders/idiots or whatever you call them after this feature is introduced? this shouldn't even be a question. if the overall average power was way higher than this and many players stood a chance in different events and power systems somewhere nearly as much as whales do, then this would have a point. right now it's just a waste of time to be talking about this knowing many people will quit if this feature is introduced because they'll be stomped on even more in sage/matsuri/db than if lvl 13 refines never happened. stop pushing useless updates onto players that have a high potential of ruining the game instead of bringing income to the company.
