It is a rng based event so hopefully you feel lucky. The drop rate for the ninja fragment (naruto ronin this time) has been lowered considerably. I pulled when kakuzu was the ninja fragment being offered and got him once about every 10 pulls. I have seen people pull thousands of coupons worth and not get naruto ronin even once.

Fire main with Edo itachi

Both mains can work with kushina habanero and edo itachi. Personally think fire main works better but also depends what the fourth unit is.

Kushina, chiriku, ino summer, water main. Sosp, gaara, earth main, killer bee. (Heavy nuke on 2nd round and has helped me get through many ninja test.) Sosp, shisui, fire main, and kushina. Sosp, hashirama, fire main, and iruka. Sosp, kushina, about any main, killer bee.

Shisui, itachi shonen, fire main, and guren. Hinata swimsuit, sai suit, fire main, (kurenai or sakura christmas). Please figure talents yourself. If you have questions about which may be better feel free to ask and will explain my thinking. The only way to learn is trial and error in my opinion.

Vertical Line buffing. How does it work?

The vertical buff would go to ibiki and itachi. I used hanzo edo tensei's vertical debuff clearing to test and that is what it supports.

I can confirm kakuzu was released prior to konan but killer bee was released almost a year after them yet he costs less than her. I will stay with my belief that her coupon cost is ridiculous for this event. I have gone into the collection phase. Reached a point where it didn't matter what I did with all the high spenders in the game.

Who knows what their plans are. Some ninjas disappear for months without being redeemable. Ex: danzo Izanagi which was suggested be brought back and finally did in treasure of the sage a few events ago. Or chiriku, duy might, tsunade taisho(kimono) and there are a few others. With the rapid release of new ninjas, some fall to the side. Maybe they will keep hiking her cost in the events and it would be logical to spend on other things then as well. Not interested in minato sadly. Team I have makes him unnecessary and won't be able to get his barrier any time soon.

Kakuzu came in 2 years ago "I guess, not sure." Please don't call my post a joke when you don't have the facts! based on the low prices from picklejuicy... 10 cpns off from the lowest for kakuzu, matches the lowest for killer bee, and 13 cpns off for konan. Pretty bad deal for her! Looking at the math of the other replies to this forum, her lowest cost per frag is considerably lower. All in all it is a horrible deal for konan; especially when we just got 41 frags and some will want to finish piecing her.
