Another tip: assist links are per lineup. Meaning, you can equip completely different ninja with the same assist links (like weapons and treasures). So, If you've equipped Minato on you main lineup only, his joint skill will only work if you switch to that. If you want to be sure, equip Minato with his assist links on all of your lineups.
