Are you crazy or what? Ofc don't ignore it. Keep writing to support as long as it takes to get their proper action. This person need to get banned for this without a doubt, there are many games where support takes such a problems very seriously, many games when there is no bad, vulgar players because they are successively removed from the comunity. Lets' hope Oasis will go that path too.
