A report should be investigated before a decision is made, such is what this thread is supposed to be. But you're right it should have been dropped the moment we asked you to stop and you decided to pursue a confrontation with the players. You're conduct tonight was not appropriate, and all started simply from someone saying they didn't like Russian food, which you took offense to. This is not the first time you have attacked people in world chat or even in PM, you have a history of being abusive verbally and have even threatened physical harm to players, including myself. In fact the last time you were reported it was for *ually harassing myself and another female player. The guys weren't trying to mistreat you, they were upset about how you were treating me, insulting myself and accusing my partner of domestic violence. The accusation of domestic violence is what spurred on this report as that was over the line and totally uncalled for.

Name of offender : Ramenkage Server ID : 629 Short description of the situation : Players were chatting in World Chat when this player decided to join, conversation started out fine but Ramenkage became verbally abusive to players on merged server. This is a common occurrance with this player, and he has been reported before. He has now accused other players of being physically abusive.

Name of offender : RamenkageServer ID : S669: Rogue Ninja. Merged ServerShort description of the situation : This gentleman has been harassing players for a while. Now however he has moved into threatening. He threatened myself and another player with *ual harassment. This kind of behaviour creates a hostile and inappropriate atmosphere. He has been asked to stop on multiple occasions and refuses to do so. His defense has been that he is drunk and therefore his behavior, threatening, insulting, is completely ok.
