[PVP] Minato Flying Raijin Slash?

As i am a user of Minato, i am hoping that it is the former : He will get buffed later on. However, knowing Oasis, i would not be surprised if it is the latter and they nerfed him. Who knows when we will get Jonin Minato so its no use even having him in the conversation.I have come to this conclusion based on the idiotic skill breakthrough for Tobirama: He now loses 30% attack for 5 rounds and instead gets 15% crit for 5 rounds. In other words, he is GNW tenten without the paralyse. What a Joke! Thats what Oasis is capable of and this is suppose to be skill Breakthrough!Therefore, i would argue that they purposely nerfed Minato but im hoping he will get buffed in the future 3.0 update.

[Lineup] Roshi or Hidan in current meta?

I am in the same predicament. I will also have 20k ingots and i was originally going to go after Hidan as i only need another 21 frags for him. But the main reason i topped up Plat for 7 days is for 4* minato as i will be able to 4* him on day 7. (Yay!)I decided in the end that im going to save all my ingots and coupons for a better ninja. Hidan costs a fortune in this time limited recruitment event so even 21 frags im looking at 5k roughly. I thought about going after Roshi too but im wind Main and he isn't really useful to me. The only reason i wanted C. Hidan is for his tag combining with Minato and Konan.Therefore, as there is no real value for our dollar in this set of events, i recommend that you do as i am doing. Stack those refines for the next time we get the limtied refine event, and save those coupons and Ingots for either spending events, or for a new ninja later on.Good luck with whatever you decide. funny how people think she is bad. She is awesome! With Konan they boost each others ninjutsu plus konan shields her and the panda. Combined with another pain/akatsuki member and you have a dangerous team on your hands. People think Combos are everything but they are really not. If you have her in first position she will tag the whole team in round one before anyone else attacks leaving the door open to heavy damage. Just be weary of Ningendos and Shurados and anyone that can interrupt like Iruka also don't waste it if they have sakura or cleanser.With that said, This is why she is dangerous with Konan. I Have Nagato so im running both Animal Pain and Konan with Nagato and Wind Main. The team wrecks.I don't recommend using her without konan or any other Pain ninja. However, with Pain ninja she is awesome. And after skill breakthroughs, she may be able to summon panda every round. making her ideal to tank standard attacks.

Im using Pain team: Nagato, Wind Main, Konan and Animal Pain.Talents are: 3/3/3/3/1 or 3 - (4 at level 85) - Summon RhinoThis team wrecks. You c*so use lv 80 talent against ROW teams and wreck them. Since chakra consumption is low except Nagato, dance of impetus only really serves to cleanse.Nagato gets boosted 40% from both Animal Pain and 30% from Konan and shield too as well as 40% from Main. Konan gets the same.The only one not getting boost by Main is Animal Pain who gets boosted by Konan and herself only. Furthermore, you don't rely on a barrier for boost either.The beauty of this team is you can 5* 3 members easily. Planning on swapping Animal Pain for gengetsu when i get him and adding Jonin minato when he is released here.
