Neorotoxin works if you can land a crit. Either from normal taijutsu attack, chase, mystery skill.The best way to use it and to get a consistent procs is to use dissection blade and shark bomb (mainly dissection blade).Its waters best passive.

Upgrade you Hinata to 2* ASAP.Use: Hinata, Kurenai, Kakashi. When you reach lvl 35, switch Taijutsu to heal. Use Shark Bomb, Dissection blade, and Neurotoxin passive. That team can do 7 combos from who ever starts.

Right now the best i can think of Main Char - low float to repulseKankuroHinataShikamaruBut once you get Kakashi on 7th login you'll be able to do more team set up.I highly suggest saving up for Kabuto.
