Oasis doesnt care, nor do they do anything for the game... they cant/wont implement new stuff btw! Only way that they can help you is if you got a problem regarding ingots... they dont listen! Way to many youtube videos and forum posts regarding oasis, just face it... :S. Do you know how many balance comment were made, some were even on point with math any everything that would make a lot of us happy, but meh... the game didnt change 1 bit, to be honest it even got worst as time passed.

I know but that wasnt the case... if i could go into system and print screen the items that i used, and the breaktrough that i did then i could provide a screenshot, but heck, you guys have close to 0 system/player info. I used vials to get some of the skills up to ther max grade, and for others i used hero shards, after about 15 mins i rechecked the skills and they were all down to ther original state. I mean i even got lucky and hit 2x maxed out skills with only 2 vials... so you can see my frustration. The main problem here is when i wrote to support they stated that i should provide a screenshot, how on earth would a person know that the game would bug out?! Explain that to me pls... altho i've stated in the previous post that getting a screenshot of the situation is rather impossible... tho i find it strange been playing a lot of client/web game, and they could all check the items that a person used, and at what time... and they got the compensation, if anything did bug out and *... i just got a typical copy paste respond... in short do you guys even care?!

Can you for once release anything that isnt completely bugged or broken? Every arena you implemented so far still has bugs, even the normal one, 3vs3 is beyond repair due to heavy delay, and no main arena is bugging out, tsunade not healing with some teams, move 3-4 going before move 2, casting during CC.... the list goes on and on... rather just give the rewards and close the * arena, simply put say that you are lazy and that's it...at least i know where you stand at!

Will you finaly fix arena, bonds? Multiple bugs prevent players from doing ther thing, Out of 30 arena fights 10 were bugged, i wouldnt call that ok! So fix it or remove them. (those bugs are up for more than a year now).

You kidding me? Water has aoe heal+auto attack heal (can heal 2 targets), lightning has life leach/imune, wind has cc removal, female imune, life restore per chakra,.... every class can defend vs dots/debuffs, no exceptions. It all comes down to what heroes are you going to use, then pick the desired class according to synergy with the chosen heroes simple :). It's oblivious that some teams do better with different classes. that is why we have a fire team, earth team, wind team, water team, lightning team... xD

Nah dots arent a problem in naruto, bugs are, since you can remove them asap, via fire main mystery, deflect, healing, dispell....

Sadly they are lying it seems, if we take a closer look at how the patches were applied and how many bugs followed, how many were fixed... you cant ignore that sorry, they are ignoring it, a year has passed, what company cant fix a bug after a year... Also i use auto attack due to extensive bugs spoted in arena, it sometimes work as intended rather than manualy pressing and constantly dealing with bugs. Sorry but i'll play the game manualy when all aspect of it would be fixed, not before. It all comes down to balance.

It's a browser game, a team of 2 people can fix it in a month or 2 ... in short they are lying, you cant get pass facts. They wont fix anything they just apply patches, that is the answer that i predicted... clearly they didnt respond as usual!
