This dude,Jonin Minato is a pain in the a$$. He doesn't lack many things. He does his job well but don't have a place in current meta. Tencent's usual ''Ehehehehe dodge mystery spam ehehehe'' skillbreaks are absolute waste on him. His mystery was so easy to think of something different. Standart is easy to modify as well but that dodge...GAH! This annoying skill was my only chance except chase to use as a counter for debuff problem but ''debuff evade'' is so irritating when you imagine it. Sounds good in theory but during action, I just couldn't put my finger on it. There are only 3 units causing Paralysis in current meta's top: Madara, Kushina and Sasuke Rinne. I can't find a healthy choice to counter them because I need some rest now.

It depends on situation. Until 200k+ power, Def & Res is a better choice due to problems you will have against higher power people(which you will have a lot). After that point, Ninjutsu & Crit works better. You will be more equal odds against most people. For Arena, my choice is Def & Res but Ninjutsu works quite well too.
