PvP Events|FIX MATCHMAKING OASIS

Blame Oasis for creating crappy PvP events, players got sick of getting destroyed by people who were higher levels than them, so they started to create low level characters, stop leveling and focus solely on power, so they could initially catch up to all the strongest players. Because people caught wind of this, a lot of people started doing it, ironically creating the same problem they tried to solve. There is now 0 reason to level freeze because even if you do, there are players who have done it longer than you, and they'd have the advantage. The best thing you can do, is stop doing PvP events entirely. Do not feed other players. At this point, Oasis would have to fix the primary issue.

So far, every 10 tails character I faced, was always mediocre. But no one wants Naruto SoSP Breakthrough's cause people don't like sitting there with their breakthrough'd versions go to 10 rounds. Also, Sasuke Rinnegan got breakthrough's cause he was a garbage ninja. So they boosted him with breakthroughs. (Frankly, Tencent was trying to make Sasuke Rinnegan do too much and it failed at doing everything.)

Take it to strategy section, that is where these threads belong.Also, you don't need to worry about a line up, you can still run Team 7 and do fine. So just worry about increasing your Ninja Roster....

I recruited him like 3 times generally using Fire Main, Itachi Anbu, Shisui.Though I have also used him with SoSP Naruto with wind main for chakra.I also have used him with Sailor Sakura, Kisame (Shark Mode) and LM.
