My buddy had only posted of what was evidence of the whole ordeal a few weeks ago then he was banned for "false accusation." I don't think that was the right way to do it. They should have apologised but instead, they did not care for him and gave him a permanent ban without letting him know. He only found out when he tried to log into both the client and the forums. What a way to treat someone who spent about $1000 on the game.As for what they should do, they should just come clean and actually listen to the player community instead of just putting up senseless polls for what event should come next even though the events were planned months in advance.
