There are basically three lineups I use: Neji, Kabuto, Kakashi, main and Guy, Kakashi, Sasuke, main and Sasuke , Sakura, Naruto, main/Suigetsu.The first one is good for actually every type of battle (starting with strong approaching finishing with ordinary battles https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DOKvHy3WPj4 )The second one is used for dealing with Kyubi (it's point is to deal as much damage as possible, yet this one is bad for survival battles)Lastly I use the third one for survival practice, when some of my ninjas from the first lineup dies.If you are willing to spend a lot of ingots you could form this lineup https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fARRmvTK_A0 (I know that it is called 19 combo hit, but it is actually more than hundred)I hope it was helpful in a way for you

There is a way using not fancy ninjas (Kakashi, Neji and Kabuto) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DOKvHy3WPj4 yet I have been using it and Hanzo with Karin always kill me in the third row.
