Hello, if you are experiencing issues logging into game, I would recommend the troubleshooting steps below: 1) Clear the game cache (COG icon in the top right corner > clear up system 2) Flush the DNS cache (open 'command prompt' on the PC and type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter) 3) Reboot the PC (to be extra sure reboot the modem/router too If you continue to still have issues, please contact our Customer Support directly, which can be found here. Why Discord?

Great question! I am going to go on a bit of a tangent, so bear with me haha. For a long time, the forum has been one of the go to places to discuss, ask questions, and bring up ideas. The other option was to contact Customer Service directly especially when it comes to account specific inquiries. Over time and countless suggestions, the idea of Discord was brought up and introduced. Discord became a new place for the community. It was not perfect (there were a few iterations), but through time and the hard work from everyone, it became something more than just an idea. With the growth of Discord came the need for resources in order to maintain and also the tools necessary to support the community. Of course, posting here is absolutely welcomed! The reason we recommend joining or asking questions in our Official Discord is because both the community and staff members are all there and they would have the tools available to help.TLDR: A lot of the resources from the forum have moved to support the Official Discord, which is why Moderators recommend to go there. You cаn аlso get quicker responses and a conversation going because most of the community is there.
