A pretty nice team I've seen was Anko, Tayuya, Fire Main and Kurenai. I'd try it out, high damage output and fire ninjutsu boost.

[Lineup] whats a good team for arena?

I use Kabuto, Kimimaro 3* and Tayuya. Kabuto's passive damages your team slightly, which triggers Curse Mark passives. By round 5, my Kimimaro is basically invincible, its fun and annoying to use.

A good combo that i like to use is Kabuto with any other curse mark character. Since he does 2 damage every turn, you get an extra trigger for their passives raising their stats. Its also pretty nice to use in arena

Im using GNW Kiba, GNW Neji, Sasuke, and my mains passive are, Healing Jutsu and standard, Dissection blade for chase, neurotoxin, and poison tail with Gamachu as my summon. It does a lot of debuffs with a lot of priority. Good chase release combos. Try it out, its pretty fun.

[Player Guide] Need advice for Wind main combo

I used hinata, sasuke, karin, with white serpent as my summon. It worked quite well for me doing more concentrated rather than AOE damage. Wind is great depending if you want AOE or concentrated, so build your team over that. You will also get much more options once you hit 55, so you should keep that in mind as well.
